By downloading, accessing, or using the Prompkey app and keyboard extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Description of Service
Prompkey is an AI-powered text improvement tool that provides a custom iOS keyboard. The service allows users to enhance text they explicitly choose by using the ✨ Improve feature. Prompkey does not operate automatically and requires direct user action.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Prompkey. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for: • The content you choose to send for improvement • Ensuring that you do not submit illegal, harmful, or abusive content • Using the app in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations Prompkey is not responsible for user-generated content.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: • Use Prompkey for unlawful purposes • Attempt to reverse engineer, abuse, or overload the service • Use the app to generate spam, scams, or misleading content • Circumvent usage limits or subscription rules Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of access.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
Prompkey may offer free and paid subscription plans. Payments are processed through Apple In-App Purchases in accordance with Apple's policies. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled by the user through their Apple ID settings.
6. No Guarantee of Results
Prompkey provides AI-generated suggestions. We do not guarantee accuracy, correctness, or suitability of the improved text for any specific purpose. The final responsibility for reviewing and using the output remains with the user.
7. Service Availability
We strive to keep Prompkey available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, be updated, or discontinued at any time.
8. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, branding, and app content related to Prompkey belong to Prompkey. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prompkey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Prompkey if these Terms are violated or if required by law.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
