a. Account Information We collect an Apple User ID provided through Sign in with Apple. This identifier is used only to authenticate the user, manage subscription status, and track daily usage limits. We do not collect your name, email address, or personal Apple ID details. b. Text You Choose to Improve Prompkey processes only the text you explicitly select and send using the ✨ Improve button. We do not monitor, read, or store anything you type unless you intentionally use the Improve feature. c. Usage Data We may collect limited non-personal usage data such as number of improvements per day, selected language, and app version. This data is used only to enforce usage limits and improve performance.

Prompkey provides a custom keyboard extension. The keyboard does not record keystrokes, does not log passwords or sensitive information, and does not collect data in the background. Full Access is required only to securely send selected text for improvement and communicate with our servers.

We use collected data solely to provide AI-powered text improvements, manage subscriptions and limits, improve app functionality, and comply with legal and App Store requirements. We do not use your data for advertising or tracking.

All communication is encrypted using HTTPS. Data is stored securely, and we do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties. Improved text history is stored only to allow you to view recent improvements inside the app.

Prompkey may use trusted third-party services strictly for AI text processing and subscription management. These services are required to protect your data and comply with privacy standards.

Text sent for improvement is processed and returned. We do not permanently store raw text beyond what is necessary to provide user history. You may request data deletion at any time.

You may stop using the keyboard at any time, request clarification about data usage, or ask for data removal by contacting us.

Prompkey is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected inside the app with an updated revision date.
